Annual Member Meeting

On Sunday, January 17, 2021, Associated Artists of Pittsburgh will host our annual member meeting. The meeting will be held live, online on Zoom and will be convened by Executive Board President Chris King and Executive Director Madeline Gent.

We will review financials and programming, preview upcoming exhibitions and events, and discuss current and potential initiatives for the organization. We will open the floor to questions, proposals, and comments from current AAP members. Board members and staff will be present to answer questions.

This Meeting is open to current members only. Please see below on how to register and access the video meeting.

HOW TO REGISTER & Access the meeting

  1. Fill out the form below with the required information.
    *All RSVPs must be received by January 12th

  2. Download the free Zoom video meeting software to your computer or phone by clicking here. Utilizing the Zoom software is the only way to access the Semi-Annual Member Meeting. We recommend downloading this free software prior to January 17th.

  3. AAP will send you an email with a Zoom meeting link approximately 1 hour before the meeting is set to begin. Click the link in that email to access the meeting.
