Call for Public Art - Kittanning Public Library

The Kittanning Public Library invites artists to submit design proposals for a public art installation to be placed outside the library. This art piece could reflect a library-centered theme and/or an interactive design for the public. We aim to create an inspiring, welcoming entrance that encourages visitors to explore the wonders of reading and imagination.
